Alexandra Rauch
Alexandra currently holds a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license and has accumulated over 6 years of clinical experience in the field. Throughout Alexandra's career, she has developed a diverse skill set, having worked in various settings, including residential, outpatient care, and providing trauma work at a neighboring Sheriff's office. Alexandra's experience has given her a solid foundation in providing effective therapeutic services across a wide range of populations and issues. Alexandra is eligible to sit for the Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) examination, which she plans to pursue in the near future, further advancing her clinical expertise.
Alexandra approaches therapy with the lens that relationships, in and of themselves, can be healing. She believes in building a collaborative therapeutic relationship characteristic of empathy, authenticity, and genuineness. She offers a calming presence and values a non-judgmental atmosphere, where clients can feel safe to disclose. She utilizes an integrative approach to therapy, with the goal of recognizing and honoring each client’s unique needs. In addition, she takes a holistic approach that incorporates the mind, body, and spirit connection.
Alexandra recognizes that unexpected obstacles and daily stressors can impact how we show up in the world. She works alongside her clients to discover and address areas of concern in their lives, while allowing her clients to set the pace. She is committed to helping clients gain deeper insight into their lives to promote empowerment and personal growth. Alexandra acknowledges that therapy is hard work. She finds it a privilege to witness and guide her clients on their path to healing.
