Sara believes there is incredible strength in being genuine and authentic and encourages her clients to come to therapy exactly as you are. She is continually moved and inspired by the hard work of her clients and feels honored to witness their ability to engage in vulnerability and observe their growth.
Sara offers a safe, nonjudgmental space where her clients can freely express their thoughts and feelings without fear of criticism. She strives to provide personalized support that honors everyone’s experiences. Sara is a working mom who knows the challenges of wearing many different hats on a day-to-day basis. Before becoming a therapist, Sara worked in digital marketing in Chicago for 6 years and understands the demands of the corporate landscape.
